  • Alinea (formerly Spine and Limb Foundation)

Employment and training opportunities for a diverse group of people with disabilities, as well as in-home personal care, and assistance with applying for funding from the Disability Services Commission (DSC). Located in Shenton Park, Perth.

At Home Care specialise in providing nursing and support workers for clients with SCI.  Everything from social support through to ventilator care.

At Home Care Plus provide book keeping and administration services for people wishing to hire their own staff.

Providing a national voice for all Australians who have sustained a spinal cord injury. They liaise with government to advocate the needs of those with SCI and raise awareness. Check out the website to see their latest campaigns.

Spinal Life Australia is one of Queensland’s leading providers of advocacy, therapy and supports for people with spinal cord injuries. Their member services aims to provide networking and peer support to the SCI community. An office has been set up in Perth.

Optimising the quality of life for people with disabilities, Rocky Bay have a number of centres throughout Perth and Rockingham where they can provide support with exercise programs, rehab, posture, customised equipment and even on-site accommodation for those with high needs.

Helping those with physical disabilities engage in lifestyle, recreational and sporting activities. They have over 15 different sports wheelies can try – both socially and competitively. Wheelchair sports can also help you to organise funding for sporting equipment.
